Our design centers on using simple principles to create rich, dynamic spaces. The plan features overlapping circles that echo the island’s irregular shape and fully embrace the surrounding 360° landscape. These circles foster interaction among government, business, and research, forming ripple-like networks of talent and ideas. The layout supports independent functions—research, office, exhibition, and conference—while allowing flexible combinations for a fluid, organic flow. Varied building heights shape a lively skyline with layered views. Curved, translucent façades blend the building with nature. This landmark’s circular form breaks traditional boundaries, highlighting openness and identity. A unified circular language runs through architecture, landscape, and interiors, elegantly addressing diverse design needs.
