Administrative Commercial Office
The consideration of public, semi-public, and private spaces at various scales is a crucial aspect of all our office's design projects, offering an engaging journey of exploration in each unique endeavor.
The specific project at hand involves the development of an administrative and commercial office park spanning nine consecutive plots of land. Notably, the west and south sides of the lands border riverside public green spaces.
Within this expansive park, diverse facilities are integrated, including government administrative offices, citizen centers, financial service offices, and conference venues. The master plan, shaped like a loop, accentuates the project's distinctive identity within the city. At the human scale, the design aspires to craft an open park seamlessly integrated into the fabric of the city.
A key design objective is to delineate the concepts of public, semi-public, and private spaces at different scales. The use of spatial design serves to bridge the macro-city-scale perspective with the micro-individual-scale perspective.
